Cebu City Police Office urged the public to be vigilant on their valuables upon riding a jeepney

Superintendent Emelie Santos said that the police are also anticipating heavy traffic, especially on peak hours along Natalio Bacalso Avenue and the temporarily closed F. Llamas road.

Santos said that thieves may also operate their plans of stealing belongings from the commuters who are stuck in the traffic.

Santos reminded not to wear expensive things and bring excess money while traveling.
