ALU-TUCP agrees to let Capitol form management team for Osmeña Peak
The Associated Labor Union-Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (ALU-TUCP) has agreed to allow Capitol to have a management team at Osmeña Peak.
Officials from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-7), Capitol, and ALU-TUCP convened on Friday in Badian Town.
The famous peak is among the 179-hectare lot under the stewardship of the ALU-TUCP.
The province earlier asked the ALU-TUCP to exclude Osmeña Peak form its 25-year agreement with the DENR-7.
