NESTOR Ranido outclassed 23 keglers for this month’s Philippine Senior Bowler- Cebu (PSBC) Bowler of the Month title last Sunday at the Gaisano Bowlingplex in Banilad, Cebu City.
Emerging at the top, the 16-handicapper Ranido drew a total of 1,322 pinfalls in the six-game competition. He scored 186, 191, 238, 225, 188 and 198 pinfalls in his run to the crown.
Romy Mauro, who ended up second place, garnered a total of 1,314 pinfalls from his 170, 145, 140, 215, 160 and 130. He surpassed the third placer Lolong Uy, who knocked down 1,311 total pinfalls from 184, 153, 131, 203, 201 and 181.
Joe Garces placed fourth with 1,284 pinfalls while Vivian Padawan’s downed 1,246 to finish fifth place.
Sixth to 10th placers were Cerge Go (1,239), Sal Bolongan (1,227), Clifford Tan (1,226), Ed Aninon (1,205) and Manny Bueno (1,190), respectively.
