CEBU IT-BPM Organization will be holding the annual Transformation Summit on May 16 from 8 AM to 5 PM at Bai Hotel in Mandaue City. This year’s summit will be featuring the theme “Embracing New Realities”.
Formerly known as Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology (CEDF-IT), CIB.O is a full-time industry association designed with the vision of making Cebu the preferred information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) location for higher value IT and IT-enabled services. The association, which currently has 128 members, is a consortium of IT-BPM companies, academe, support, groups, government, agencies and civic organizations.
The need to adopt more artificial intelligence (AI), digital embrace and continued innovation, the shift to higher values services and the impact of the K to 12 programs on the industry were highlighted during the press conference held at SYKES Grand Hall last April 17 with panelists including CIB.O President Dr. Gregg Gabison, CIB.O Managing Director Wilfredo Saa, Jr. and the SYKES Cebu Head, VP for Area Operations and Shared Services John Sneed.
