170 SK officials have not undergone mandatory training

More than 170 SK officials in Cebu Province has not yet undergone the mandatory training organized by Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

DILG- Cebu Province Chief Jerome Gonzales said that since the officials cannot assume office on June 30 without having attended the training, the office has set another schedule around the second week of June to accommodate the officials for training.

Meanwhile, Gonzales said that the SK Federation election for the province is set on Friday, June 8.

Gonzales said that all LGUs have already elected their local federation officers.
