Talisay City police arrested three drug suspects with alleged ties to drug lord Kerwin Espinosa at Barangay Lawaan, Talisay City at past 3 pm, Saturday June 30.
Senior Insp. Alejandro Batobalonos, Cebu Provincial Police Office Drug Enforcement Unit (CPPODEU) chief, identified the suspects as Norhaine Sumampat Magondacan of Marawi City, Mutya Saturos Manusa of Zamboanga del Sur and Montasir Dagandal Obpon, a resident of Shariff Aguak Maguindanao.
Taken from their possession were packs of shabu worth P649,000.
