Cebu-based netizens were dismayed to learn that Mabolo Barangay Captain Prisca Niña Mabatid is accused of assaulting a hotel staff and a manager last Sunday, July 8.
Rommel Ybanez wrote, “Serbesyung totoo as a captain chief! Arrogant and disrespectful!”
Frank Daniel said, “Political” has become the number 1 go-to alibi of all time”
Facebook user Célibataire Pour Toujours commented, “Kapitan man o dili walay katungod nga manapat ug laing tao.”
Sought for comment, Mabatid neither admitted nor denied the incident.
