Davide expects discussion on federalism in Duterte’s SONA

Cebu Governor Hilario Davide III expects that President Rodrigo Duterte will discuss about his plans on fedralism in his State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday (July 24).
The governor also expects that Duterte will ask the Congress to immediately discuss the draft of the federal constitution.
On the other hand, the members of the Provincial Board has suspended their scheduled session on Monday to allow the members to listen to the annual SONA.
