Labella to take legal action against Osmeña amid vote-buying accusations
Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgar Labella is eyeing to take legal actions against Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña after the latter accused him of allegedly participating in a vote-buying scheme among barangay captains in Cebu City.
Labella, in a press briefing today, denied the accusations hurled by Osmeña that he offered barangay captains allied with the Bando Osmeña Pundok Kauswagan (BOPK) money in support of Barug Team Rama- PDP Laban’s bet.
“We’re seriously considering (to take legal actions) because those were malicious,” said Labella.
