Netizen Myn Kuinio wrote, “pataka pa og labay sa basura more kita ra gyapon tanan gi parusahan.”
(Throw your trash everywhere and we all get punished for it.)
Peter Ang asked: “Where are our taxes? Why until now flooding is not resolved?”
“As usual,” said Jennifer Escudero, apparently resigned to seeing flooded streets whenever there is heavy rain.
Paul Collingz also commented, “Garbage and plastic bags everywhere clogging up old drains and nothing is done to solve the problem.”
