The Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO – 7) will issue subpoenas to three motorcycle dealers in Cebu for releasing unregistered motorcycle vehicles to their clients.

LTO-7 regional director Victor Caindec said that their office has accredited around 50 motorcycle dealers in the region.

Their acceditation also requires dealers to release registered vehicles only, and to report their transactions to LTO-7.

Caindec said that each motorcycle dealer will suffer a fine of P100,000 if proven liable.
