Respiratory Therapy exam topnotcher offers achievement to deceased father

A daughter of one of those passengers who perished when Princess of the Stars capsized off Romblon in 2008 is this year’s topnotcher in the Respiratory Therapy board examination.

Megan Bartido, the topnotcher, offers what she has achieved to her deceased father.

Bartido, a product of Cebu Doctor’s Hospital University, expressed her plans to pursue teaching.
