RSCC seeks parents of abandoned child

October 28,2018 - 09:05 PM

THE Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the parents and relatives of the abandoned child.

The baby girl, estimated newly born, was found by Jhon-Jhon Rebamonte on August 19, 2018 at around 5:30 p.m. in front of Budget Builders Lumber in Cogon Pardo, Cebu City.

The parents and relatives are requested to see social worker Vilma Cosido at the RSCC office on Camomot Franza Road, Katipunan Street, Barangay Labangon, Cebu City or contact her at 414-0243. Failure of the parties to appear or claim the child within one month will subject the child for administrative abandonment proceedings at the DSWD Central Office. /PR
