Man killed; wife, daughter hurt in motorcycle crash

A 48-year-old man was killed after the motorcycle he was driving crashed in a national highway in barangay Santa Cruz, Ronda town, southwest Cebu.

Police identified the fatality as Felipe Cuadero. His wife and 4-year-old daughter were injured in the accident on  Saturday afternoon.

Police said the family came from Dumanjug town and was heading home  when the accident took place..

Police said the front tire of the motorcycle exploded, causing the Cuadero to lose control of the motorcycle.The victims were thrown off the motorcycle.

Cuadero was declared dead at the Barili District Hospital.
