Tumulak: ‘Sinulog 2019 will be bigger, livelier’
Cebu City Councilor Dave Tumulak said that Sinulog 2019 is expected to be bigger and livelier compared to this year’s celebration.
The series of activities for Sinulog will be held in three different venues including the Fuente Osmena circle, Plaza Independencia, and the South Road Properties (SRP).
Tumulak said that a food expo for the delicacies of 80 barangays in Cebu will be showcased for the duration of the Sinulog celebration.
A comedy contest will be held at the Plaza Independencia while the SRP will hold the youth concerts or parties.
The Sinulog 2019 will be launched on January 11 with the mardi gras parade on January 20 ending with the awarding on January 21.
Meanwhile, Tumulak reminds those who wish to compete in the Sinulog dance competitions that the deadline for the contingent submission will be on November 16.
