OUR very own “Pambansang Bae” Alden Richards makes it to the final six for the Sexiest Man in the World 2018.
Starmometer officially announced the final list on its Instagram account last Dec. 4, Tuesday.
“We are now at the home stretch in finding the Sexiest Man in the World for 2018. From a long list of 100 to Top 60 and now we are down to the
final 6,” the post reads.
Richards is the lone Filipino who made it to Starmometer’s final list.
The actor rose to fame with Maine Mendoza in Eat Bulaga’s Kalyeserye in 2015, and together they’re known to fans as AlDub.
Richards is a Kapuso actor who headlined GMA television series like “Carmela” (2014), “Destined to Be Yours”(2017), and “Victor Magtanggol” (2018).
Others who made it to Top 6 are Kai and Kim Jung-kook.
Kai is a model, actor, and a member of Korean pop group Exo, while Jong-kook is a singer and actor. Both are stars from South Korea.
Krist Perawat from Thailand also made it to the final round.
Perawat is a popular actor in Thailand known for the TV series “SOTUS: The Series” (2016).
Completing the final six are Mathematics teacher Pietro Boselli of Italy and American actor Chris Pine who headlined “The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement” in 2004.
The winner of the Sexiest Man in the World 2018 will be determined through polls on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
According to Starmometer’s website, polls started on Dec. 4 and will end on Dec. 14.
