BOPK supporters start to crowd sports center

LOOK: Supporters of the Bando Osmeña Pundok Kauswagan (BOPK) of reelectionist Mayor Tomas Osmeña have started to arrive at the Cebu City Sports Center.

BOPK is set to have their proclamation rally at 4 p.m. today, March 30.
