CEBU CITY, Philippines– The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing another Lumba’g Laag challenge this year to discover new tourist sites in the northern part of Cebu province.

The activity scheduled from June 21 to 23  is one of the highlights of the Cebu Business Month (CBM) 2019 celebration.

Lilu Alino, chairperson of CBM 2019, said participants of this race would be faced with different challenges.

In 2018, they had puso making as one of their challenges.

Alino said they have already identified the route for this year’s race. However, they have yet to meet with the concerned local government officials to discuss the particulars.

This year’s route will be different from that of the past two years since this will cover the northern part of Cebu.

The Lumba’g Laag will start at Consolacion and will include the towns of San Remegio and Medellin.

The Cebu Business Month 2019 is an annual activity of CCCI. This year’s CBM theme is Innovation in Action./dcb
