CEBU CITY, Philippines — A unique price list of some goods sold by some students of a Cebu university went viral after it was posted on Facebook.
The post from a group of college freshmen talking up Bachelor of Science in Mathematics of Cebu Technological University-Main Campus about a price list using mathematical equations as the prices of the goods had the internet buzzing.
Jelly Alivio, who was one of the freshmen students in the group, posted on Wednesday, March 3, a photo with the price list of the goods that they were selling on Facebook.
An example of the price of an item on the price list is Pastillas = |-2|.
Alivio said in an interview with CDN Digital on Thursday, April 4, that this happened yesterday (April 3) after their entrepreneur class where they were asked to sell some goods as a project, after the class they decided to have a little fun with it and changed the usual list of prices to something more challenging.
Alivio’s post has since garnered 2000 shares, 950 reactions and 335 comments. /dbs
