Dawn fire burns homes in Sitio Ponce 2, Carreta

CEBU CITY, Philippines – A dawn fire burned homes in a thickly populated urban poor community in Sitio Ponce 2, Barangay Carreta, Cebu City today, May 11.

The fire alarm was reported at around 4:15 a.m. and was raised to third alarm at 4:28 a.m.
