Ibiza at Movenpick

THIS summer all roads lead you to the beaches. The scorching heat of the sun makes it perfect to soak and swim in Mactan’s clear waters.

Aside from swimming, eating at the beach is also a must whether you are a tourist or a local looking for a good place to enjoy what summer could offer.

Movenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu offers something perfect for those wanting to dine in the beach.

Introduced around four months ago Asian Fusion Brunch at Ibiza Beach Club in Movenpick Hotel has been gaining good reviews for those who tried.

This brunch buffet is not only open for guests of Movenpick Hotel but it is open to anyone who has a taste for Asian Fusion.

“We want people to to come here and experience different tastes.” said Executive Chef Aaron Foster.

Asian Fusion Brunch combines cuisines from different Asian countries. You would see in the spread your favorite Dimsum, maki rolls, kimchi, different kind of salads, sisig steam bun, and a lot more.

Countries like the Philippines, Japan, China, Thailand, Japanese, and Korean are well represented in the buffet spread.

There is also a grilled station where you can have fresh seafood grilled to how you like it, a noodle station, a seafood bar, and a dessert station.

You may enjoy dining inside the Ibiza located right in the beach or you can have al fresco dining with tables perched right next to the water.

Asian Fusion Brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 to 2:30pm.
