A VEHICLE carrying a family who just came from an outing crashed into the railings of the Marcelo Fernan bridge, causing heavy traffic at around 8 a.m. yesterday.
Hover Cascalla, a resident of barangay Sudlon, Mandaue City, was driving their white Mitsubishi L300 van with his family on board and were on their way home from Lapu-lapu City when the vehicle in front of them hit a tin can, prodding him to step on the brakes.
