THE Talisay City Police are tracking down a certain Patsoy, an alleged notorious crime suspect who victimized a number of people in the city including Vice Mayor Romeo Villarante’s sister, Lorelie.
Insp. Rodgene Fodutan, deputy chief of operation of Talisay City Police, said they are stepping up their intelligence gathering to locate Patsoy.
Fodutan said Patsoy does not stay in one place to avoid arrest.
For the past weeks, Patsoy was tagged in the killing of his friend, three carnapping incidents and three robbery incidents.
Patsoy was also linked to the killing of Rolan Colina, an alleged relative of Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgar Labella.
Colina was found lifeless on the floor inside a room in barangay Day-as by the Barangay Sambag Dos Emergency Response Team.
He was shot in the head and back.
Cebu City homicide investigator Alex Dacua said the house was owned by a certain Leonidas Toras.
Colina allegedly argued with one of his companions before he was shot.
