FILINVEST Land Inc. (FLI) has formally turned over to the new homeowners of Sanremo Oasis their respective condominium units at buildings 3 and 7 in the heart of Citta di Mare (City by the Sea), a 50.6-hectare master-planned project at South Road Properties (SRP) in Cebu City.

Boler L. Binamira, FLI assistant vice president for sales, noted that Filinvest has already completed eight medium-rise buildings in Citta di Mare and has since turned over to 1,050 residential condominium unit owners for Amalfi and Sanremo Oasis projects.

“More homeowners will receive their keys to their units in the coming days as the company continues with finishing works at the other buildings,” quipped Archie M. Igot, FLI business development officer for Cebu, who joined Binamira during the turnover.

Igot also disclosed that FLI is set to launch by the third quarter of this year the amenities of both condominium clusters that will capture the charms of resort-living.

Sanremo Oasis aptly takes inspiration from the coastal town of Sanremo at Liguaria on the Italian Riviera, with its nine stylish five-storey buildings all set against a backdrop of verdant greenery and refreshing open spaces.

P25 billion

Sanremo Oasis blends modern living with natural pleasures, with over 65 percent of the property allocated for wide-open areas and landscaped greens where residents can rediscover the joys of nature in a pedestrian-friendly community.

Filinvest is a major player in the Cebu real estate scene with a range of developments as the residential communities of One Oasis, Corona del Mar, Aldea del Sol and Grand Cenia, and Citta di Mare that includes Il Corso, an emerging premier waterfront lifestyle mall.

“We remain bullish and committed to SRP’s development as it emerges to become the new and most exciting seaside destination in Cebu for both residence and leisure,” noted Tristan Las Marias, Filinvest first vice present and cluster head for Visayas and Mindanao.

Filinvest earmarked a total of P25 billion over the next 15 years for the Citta Di Mare project.
