A 51-YEAR-OLD man was arrested when packs suspected to contain shabu were found in his house in barangay Marigondon in Lapu-Lapu City.
Police said Jose Delfin Sullano, 51, was the subject of a previous buy-bust operation, but he managed to elude arrest.
The operation prompted the police to apply for a search warrant.
Police went on to raid the man’s house yesterday on the strength of a search warrant issued by Judge Toribio Quiwag of the Regional Trial Court Branch 27 in Lapu-Lapu City.
Police said 15 packs believed to contain shabu were found in the man’s house.
Sullano was arrested in 2007 for drug charges but the case filed against him was dismissed, said Insp. Gaspar Magdadaro, chief of the Marigondon Police Station.
