Meta-CoachingTM to improve teamwork & performance

It is not enough for an organization to have the right people. It is not enough for team members to have the right skills, to know their jobs well, to possess right values and attitude. They also have to work well together and collaborate in order to deliver the organizations’ targets and objectives.

On the other, it is not enough for leaders and managers to have a vision for the organization. The leaders and managers ought to align their members to move together in one direction.

Learn how by joining “Boost Teamwork & Performance Thru Meta-Coaching” on July 25, at the City Sports Club Cebu, Cardinal Rosales Avenue, Cebu City.

The 1-day workshop includes: practicing the requisite skills of coaching for results and significance; employing facilitation tools to synergize diverse personalities and motivations; transforming unproductive emotions into passion for performance; increasing ownership for results through the delegation coaching pattern; providing feedback that increases accountability and empowers the employee to create and execute SMART solutions; and identifying new pathways toward world-class performance.
