Two men robbed a service outlet of courier firm, LBC in Cebu City, yesterday afternoon.

Cash worth at least P10,000 was taken from the outlet in Escario Street, barangay Camputhaw.

It was the fourth LBC branch to get robbed this year. The branch doesn’t have a security guard.

Its closed-circuit television camera was not functioning at the time the robbers attacked.

The robbery lasted for just two minutes, police said.

One of the robbers has been identified through a picture showed to the LBC tellers, said Supt. Romeo Santander, chief of the City Intelligence Branch of the Cebu City Police Office.

Tellers Lea Mariquit and Connie Jamela Concepcion told police that two men arrived in the outlet at 1:10 p.m. and posed as customers. Two cohorts stayed outside as lookouts, police said.

The workers said one of the men suddenly jumped over the counter, took out a gun and demanded cash. The two robbers hurriedly left after taking the money.
