WHO can ever say no to dessert? Hardly anyone would. Dessert is always the best and much-awaited part of the meal.

For four mothers who come from Davao, and share a penchant for dessert bonded them and brought them to start Frozen.Yes, from the movie of the famous Elsa and Anna. Frozen is now a dessert and snack bar in Cebu.

Serving a wide array of delightful desserts Frozen is definitely your go-to when looking to satisfy your sweet cravings.

One of its best sellers are the ice cream cakes. You can have a choice of vanilla fudge, chocolate decadent, and red velvet.
