Cebu back to Alert Level 2
CEBU CITY, Philippines – Starting this Wednesday, February 16, 2022, the entire island province of Cebu will go back to Alert Level 2.
Malacañang on Monday, February 14, announced that the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF) recommended a total of seven areas that will remain under Alert Level 3.
These are Iloilo City, Iloilo Province, Guimaras, Zamboanga City, Davao de Oro, Davao Occidental, and South Cotabato.
The rest of the country, including Cebu and Metro Manila, will remain under Alert Level 2.
Cebu was elevated to Alert Level 3 last January due to the spike of COVID-19 cases. / with reports from INQUIRER.net
