CDN Digital, partner extend help to Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko Foundation Inc. Cebu

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cancer is one of the leading causes of death and disability in the Western Pacific.

Cancer affects people across different age groups with children among the most vulnerable where about 1700 deaths from childhood cancer are estimated every year.

Here in the Philippines, over 4700 children aged 0 to 19 years old are expected to be diagnosed with cancer each year, according to WHO’s report in 2021.

This is why non-profit organizations like Kapwa Ko, Mahal Ko Foundation, Inc. Cebu work towards developing a healthy community by acting as a bridge to help people. Especially bringing together children who are in dire need and donors who have resources and are willing to provide financial assistance.

The medical vouchers were officially handed over by CDN Digital Managing Editor Rick Gabuya last April 27, 2022, to KKMKFI Cebu represented by Ephraim N. Arriesgado, Lolit Bagio, and Joan Brigoli. | Donate to KKMKFI Cebu
