About P35,000 worth of items and cash were taken by burglars from an apartment in barangay West Inayagan in the City of Naga last Tuesday evening.

The 48-year-old apartment owner Jessica Trivinio told police that her 23-year-old niece Jasmyn attended a seminar for teachers when the burglary happened.

Her niece went home and saw that the door was already opened and her belongings were left scattered on the floor.

Stolen were one laptop, two cellular phones, one digital camera and P2,300 cash.

Police said the burglars entered by breaking open the window’s iron grills.
