In a memorandum signed by national team head coach Chris Cuarto and Philta secretary general Romeo Magat, the composition of the teams who will see action in the Junior Davis Cup, Junior Fed Cup and World Junior Tennis Championships will be based on the Philta rankings of the players at the end of the year.

The memorandum stated that the 2015 ITF Junior Teams will be composed of the top 3 players in the Philta Junior rankings list.

The cut off date for the pre-qualifying is scheduled on Jan. 15, 2015, while the final qualifying is set on March 15, 2015.
