A 36-year-old criminology student and his two companions were arrested in a buy bust operation last Tuesday in sitio Kabatuan, barangay Lamintak Norte, Medellin, northern Cebu.
Police said Zosimo Olivar was the subject of the operation and was in a watch list of drug personalities of the town.
Ronald Pantaleon, 32, and Eron Canja Dubria ,34, were in the alleged drug den during the operation.
Olivar sold P400 worth of shabu to a decoy, according to the police.
PO2 Roselito Ortega said that Olivar was a Criminology freshman student of Cebu Roosevelt Memorial College in Bogo City.
