The Christmas season brings about several possibilities for filling up the holiday feast table. A welcome alternative to the usual ham products is Char Siu, or Roasted Pork. Marinated with a special blend of Oriental spices, each serving of Char Siu is slow-roasted and smoked in a traditional oven to enhance the flavors.
