TCC volley team gears up for June tilt

The four-man Team Cebu City (TCC) Men’s Beach Volleyball squad will start their training soon for the next Olympic Qualifying tournament.

Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) beach volleyball consultant Eric LeCain said yesterday that the qualifying tournament will be held in June next year in a yet to be announced venue.

The team, composed of Jade Becaldo, Loujei Tipgos, Edmar Bonono and Edward Ybanez, finished seventh among 43 teams in the recent 4th Asian Beach Games at Karon Beach in Phuket,Thailand.
