If all goes according to plan, rising Cebuano tennis star John Godfrey Seno would like to be treading the same ATP tournaments path just like his foreign tennis idols.

The 15-year-old pride of Bogo City, northern Cebu, Seno, who is fresh from his short but colorful stint in the USA, told local scribes in a recent interview at the Villa Aurora Tennis Court in barangay Mabolo, Cebu City that one of his goal in his chosen sporting event is to go professional.

“I would like to play in the professional level in the next three to four years preferably in the ATP Tours. Aside from that, I would also like to help younger kids learn and develop their tennis skills through the “Tennis Anywhere™” grassroots development program,” said Seno.

According to him, the Tennis Anywhere program will be conducted in conjunction with the Cebu City Sports Commission headed by its chairman Edward Hayco.

Also in the sight for Seno are the coming Cebuana Lhuillier-Dunlop Sport Age Group Tournament Leg 28 (Group 3) at the Citi Green Tennis Resort and at the Alta Vista Golf and Country Club’s T.C. on Dec. 5-9 and the Palawan Pawnshop Regional Age Group Series 66(Group 2) at the City of Naga, Cebu on Dec. 18-22.
