Noy Honesto Coffee shop is funded by a police cooperative and offers baked bread made by the inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center and snack items like ensaimada (sweet pastry), hopia (bean pastry), instant noodles and instant coffee.
