There is no better way to kick off Chinese New Year than with a grand Chinese feast prepared by Chinese Master Chef Peter Yeung. Today, enjoy either a lunch or dinner buffet at P1,550 net per person only.

Some of your favorite Chinese dishes in the delectable spread include pigeon, roast suckling pig, roast crispy duck and Peking duck roll, beef in Peking sauce, poached shrimp in Chinese Shaosing wine, roast beef short rib in hoisin sauce, braised pork rib in black pepper sauce, fried rice with Chinese sausage and abalone, stewed assorted mushroom with garden vegetables and the classics such as live wok noodle station and assorted Chinese dim sum.

For a more intimate gathering, private dining rooms at Feria are also available for a special lauriat menu, starting at P35,000 with a minimum of 12 persons and a rate of P2,888 for each additional person. Mouth-watering offerings include steamed whole grouper, Fatt Choy Yu Sheng (raw fish salad), pan-fried beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce, hot pot rice with unagi, chicken and Chinese sausage, Yin Yang style wok-fried scallops and prawns with XO sauce and braised “Ding Hu” vegetables in abalone sauce. For dessert, treat yourselves to coconut tapioca with aloe vera jelly, glutinous rice balls with ginger tea or the traditional Chinese New Year cake (tikoy).
