Couples Captain Paul Anthony and Cherry Mae Tuico reopened a beauty lounge and cafe on the first floor of River Gate Complex, General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City.

The 55-square-meter store is near the University of San Carlos – North Campus. It features an Uncle Brew franchise serving cold-brewed coffee, brownies, and cookies in an 8-seater air-conditioned cafe.
Passionate about coffee, Captain Paul Anthony Tuico always wanted to have his own coffee shop, but since he travels frequently as a seafarer, they decided to franchise instead. He also had training prior to serving espresso-based coffee.
Uncle Brew’s cold-brewed coffee selections include Spanish Latte, Matcha Latte, and Caramel Macchiato. They also serve non-coffee alternatives like Hot Choco, Iced Choco, and Panda Pearl Milktea. Customers may also opt for add-ons like pearl, coffee jelly, coffee shot and ice cream float. Their menu will soon include soft-served ice cream on cones or in cups.
The other side of the store features the Lash and Brow Lounge managed by Cherry Mae Tuico. She works as an ENT Trauma Specialist and sidelines as a brow expert. She also underwent training abroad and in the Philippines for both eyebrow microshading and eyelash extensions.
The lounge can accommodate six people for eyelash extensions, eyebrow microblading, and gel manicure and pedicure services.
Prices start at 5,500 PHP for eyebrow microshading, 800 for eyelash extensions, and 600 for gel manicures or pedicures.
Their eyebrow microshading and eyebrow tattoo removal services are by appointment.
