CCTO fines: Got caught in Cebu City? This is how much you have to pay
Here is a list of traffic violations in the city and their corresponding fines, according to the CCTO
CEBU CITY, Philippines — Have you been caught in Cebu by some personnel of the Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO)?
In case you are not aware, below is the list of the violations with their corresponding fines and fees as provided by the Traffic Management Committee Head Councilor Rey Gealon to CDN Digital.

Gealon said some violations are based on City Ordinance 801 or the Cebu City Traffic Code.

- Defective platelight
- Defective brakelight
- Defective headlight
- Overloading (not in motorcycle)
- Wearing slipper, short, or sando
- No side mirror
- No signal light
- Illegal use of hazard light
- No driver’s ID
- No delivery permit

- Overnight Parking
- DTS No entry
- DTS No U-Turn
- DTS Go signal

- No travel line 2nd offense (P800 for the 1st offense and P1,500 for 3rd offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2000 or the Travel Line Ordinance
- Smoke belching (1st offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2111 or the Anti-Smoke Belching Ordinance
- Non-appearance (1st offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2111 or the Anti-Smoke Belching Ordinance
- Failure to carry delivery permit
- No temporary road parking permit

- Smoking ban (1st offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2286 or the Anti-Smoking Ordinance
- No special permit (2nd offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2357 which provides for a comprehensive regulation for the registration and operation of motorized tricycles

- Smoking ban (2nd offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2286 or the Anti-Smoking Ordinance
- No special permit (3rd offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2357 which provides for a comprehensive regulation for the registration and operation of motorized tricycles

- Smoking ban (3rd offense) in accordance with City Ordinance 2286 or the Anti-Smoking Ordinance

- Motorcycle – P100 per day
- Light to medium vehicle – P300 per day
- Heavy vehicle or truck – P500 per day
- Trailer – P1,000 per day
Towing
- Motorcycle – P1,500
- Light vehicle – P1,800
- Medium vehicle – P2,000
- Heavy vehicle/truck – P2,500
- Trailer – P3,000 per day
