Fuel prices drop by P1.85 per liter in Cebu City gas stations on Dec. 12

CEBU CITY, Philippines — A big rollback on the prices of three fuel products has been implemented on Tuesday, December 12.

In separate advisories, local oil firms announced the cut in the price of gasoline by P1.60 per liter, diesel by P1.85 per liter, and kerosene by P1.40 per liter.

“Crude prices eased on lower-than-expected OPEC+ (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) cuts and US inventory build while expectation of stimulus package from China provided floor to the market,” said the Department of Energy.

Last week, gasoline and kerosene increased by 30 centavos per liter and 20 centavos per liter, respectively, while, diesel dropped by 30 centavos per liter.
