A VENDOR was stabbed by a fellow vendor over a debt of P1,000 in barangay Kalubihan, Cebu City last Tuesday night.
Police said the suspect, Jamil Balo, had been hunting Ramil Garangan Balinto-as, 23, for refusing to pay his debt.
Last Tuesday night, Balinto-as was about to leave from a lodging house on Leon Kilat Street when Balo appeared and stabbed the victim in the back.
Balo fled after the attack, while Balinto-as was taken to the Cebu City Medical Center.
