Taste Japanese cuisine like you never did before as Ramen Sora and Yakitori Binchotan open their flagship branches in the city.
What started out as a small ramen restaurant back in its hometown in Hokkaido, Japan, Ramen Sora partnered up with Gerry Apolinario of the well-known Filipino restaurant chain, Gerry’s Grill. This flagship branch in Cebu is the restaurant’s second branch in the Philippines serving its best-tasting and authentically prepared ramen noodles dishes.
Also a fitting companion to Ramen Sora’s famed Japanese cuisine is Yakitori Binchotan who offers its guests the ultimate yakitori dining experience. Yakitori being known to be a traditional way of grilling skewed food over binchotan, a special kind of charcoal only found in Japan is what the restaurant wishes to introduce to the Cebuanos.
There is no more need to travel out of the country to taste authentic Japanese cuisine because now it is available and is only a drive away along the A.S. Fortuna Street in Cebu City.
