The Provincial Council for the Welfare of Children will be filing charges against the Filipina cohort of the American national arrested for “molesting minors” in Bogo City, northern Cebu early this month.

Cebu Vice Governor Agnes Magpale, co-chair of the PCWC, said they will file the appropriate charges against the Filipina “pimp” after they get the testimony of the children who are victims of the exploitation.

She said they did not arrest the suspect because they did not know then that American Harry Glover, 69, had a Filipina cohort.

Police said the Filipina cohort, who allegedly received a cut from Glover, is at large.

Last June 3, Glover was arrested inside a rented house Bogo City for allegedly paying minors for sex.

Glover is facing charges of human trafficking, attempting to commit child prostitution and rape.
