Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC) has started pre-selling 431 modern Asian townhouses in Navona Subdivision.
The subdivision, with an estimated development cost of P500 million, is located within Johndorf Communities in Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu City.
Michele Chiu-Bacungan, JVC sales and marketing manager, said the townhouses will be completed by the second quarter of 2016. Homeowners in the first phase can move in by the first quarter of 2017, she added.
Navona occupies a fourth of Johndorf Communities, a 12-hectare township with six subdivisions and a commercial hub.
Other subdivisions in the township are Astana and Hanniyah Homes I and II, which were built earlier by JVC subsidiary Prohomes Development, Inc.
Bacungan said Navona will promote Asian living and is designed for entrepreneurs and business operators who prefer living in a tranquil environment close to both the metropolis and the seafront.
The townhouses will be reasonably priced.
“You can be confident your hard-earned money will bring you the best home and carry out a wise investment that will give you sound returns in time,” Bacungan said.
