An offsite voters registration activity will be held today at the SM City Cebu’s Northwing from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said yesterday.
Comelec Cebu City officer Omar Mamalinta announced this after Comelec, in partnership with the Junior Jaycees, National Youth Commission and the University of San Carlos (USC), held an offsite voters registration yesterday.
