HI-PRECISION Diagnostics-Cebu held its 15th anniversary by launching its “Give back to Cebu” campaign by administering free healthcare services to the people in poverty-stricken areas.
Partnering with the office of Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III, Hi-Precision provided free blood tests, medical consultations and distributed medicine to beneficiaries in Minglanilla last June 26, and on June 30 in Dalaguete town, southern Cebu.
“Daku kaayo’ng tabang ni nga mission kay ang mga patients nga dili maka-afford sa mga medical services, puede sila mo-avail sa atoang mga libre nga consultation og mga tambal (This mission is of great help because patients who can’t afford medical services can now avail of our free consultation and medicines),” said
Provincial Office coordinator Joel Pineda.
“So mostly ang mga beneficiaries namo katong mga less fortunate nga mga constituents (Most of our beneficiaries are those less fortunate constituents),” Pineda said.
Other services included dental care from the Provincial Health Office; haircuts by the Navy soldiers and Salon De Rose hairdressers; and free snacks for the patients.
Hi-Precision Diagnostics is planning to hold more medical missions in the province and introduce its new services.
These new services include HPD+, a new and separate area for patients wanting more specialized services in their corporate branch on J. Llorente St., and the just-released Hi-Precision app, which allows patients to get health information and their test results using their smartphone, tablet or computer.
