Fire hits residential area in Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City

At least five houses were razed in a fire that hit barangay Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City, Tuesday morning.

Initial investigation revealed a refilled butane canister exploded prior the fire.

Lapu-lapu City fire department received the alarm at 10:40 a.m. It was declared under control past 10:51 a.m.

Damage was pegged at P75,000
