Police arrested four persons in separate anti-illegal drug operations in four towns in Cebu province last Tuesday.
First to fall was Richie Manatad, 30, of barangay Tugbungan, Consolacion town in northern Cebu. He was caught at 3 a.m. with 3 small sachets of shabu and a .22 caliber revolver with 2 bullets.

Rommel Rosel, a motorcycle-for-hire driver of Daanbantayan town, was arrested with 5 sachets of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in the town.
Elino Sumampong Jr., 21, of barangay Cambuhawi, Balamban town in western Cebu, was arrested with a sachet of shabu.
Maria Rachel Friolo, 21, of Poblacion, Oslob town in southern Cebu was caught in a buy-bust operation five sachets of suspected shabu.
