A 44-year-old man previously convicted for drug and illegal gambling landed in jail again after he was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Carmen town, northern Cebu.
Police said Jeffrey John Lacorte sold a pack of suspected shabu worth P200 to a poseur-buyer in barangay Cogon on Thursday.
PO1 Cristito Aresco said Lacorte was recently released from jail.
Police placed Lacorte under surveillance soon after his release.
Aresco said the man went back to selling illegal drugs and was found to be capable of selling 50 grams of shabu a week.
During the arrest, police said they seized 13 sachets of suspected shabu.
